Mawlamyine, March (29)
The General Administration Office and the Police Station in Saya San Ward, Belin Township in Mone Stae, were hit by bombs on the afternoon of March 28, the locals said.
An employee of the General Administration Office, four staff members of the Election Commission branch office and some police officers were injured, and some buildings damaged.
The injured police and staff were taken to the Belin Township People’s Hospital.
After the bombing of the Belin Township General Administration Office and Police Station, members of the military council cordoned off parts of Belin and searched the area.
